Intensive Depression Therapy in California

teenager suffering with depression

At Teen Depression, we recognize that our clients are separate individuals with diverse needs, situations, emotions, and therapy requirements. We understand that one treatment/therapy is not applicable to all. As a premier Southern California based Teen Depression Rehab Treatment Center, we strive to provide client-centered and comprehensive teen depression programs designed to help teenagers between the ages of 12-17 years old cope and overcome their struggles with depression and other life struggles.

In order to effectively deliver our Teen Depression Treatment in Los Angeles, California, we have qualified mental health professionals on staff who truly understand depression, how it can affect teenagers, and what therapy methods can be used to address it. In fact, we are proud to offer the following services for our clients:

  • Individual Psychotherapy. An individual psychotherapy session entails a one-on-one meeting between a teenager and a qualified therapist. During this session, a teenager is free to talk about their feelings, emotions, fears, and reasons for their depression. Sessions are held in a private and safe environment.
  • Group Therapy. Group therapy sessions involve a group meeting involving the other members in the facility. During a group therapy session, teenagers are free to share their own experiences and listen to other people’s stories as well. With group therapy, we strive to help a teen realize that they are not alone in their struggle with depression, and that there are other people like them who can truly empathize with what they are going through.
  • Holistic Therapies. We aim to treat the person as a whole; not just their symptoms. Depression can affect a person emotionally, mentally, physically, and socially and we aim to help them in all aspects of their life by using our holistic therapies.

At our Teen Treatment Center in Los Angeles, we want to provide teenagers with a safe haven where they can cope and heal from depression. We are here to listen to you. Please call us at 888-226-0766 to speak with one of our representatives.
